Spend Your Summer in Callicoon, NY – A Hidden Gem in the Western Catskills at 50 Hortonville Main St
Callicoon is a charming, culture-filled town nestled along the Delaware River in the heart of the Western Catskills—an ideal summer escape surrounded by the equally delightful towns of Narrowsburg, Livingston Manor, and Roscoe. Summer here is all about soaking up nature and small-town magic: spend the day floating down the Delaware, swimming or lounging on the rocks at Skinner’s Falls, and capping it off with dinner at one of the region’s many incredible farm-to-table restaurants or local breweries.
Our house is right across the street from Callicoon Creek—a beautiful, swimmable stream perfect for cooling off or just relaxing by the water with a book. And for music lovers, Bethel Woods Center for the Arts—set on the historic site of the original 1969 Woodstock Festival—is just 20 minutes away, offering a full lineup of amazing summer concerts under the stars.
With its mix of natural beauty, creative energy, and laid-back charm, Callicoon is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the very best of upstate New York in the summer.
The house has two full bedrooms, one and a half baths, and an office. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, coffee and espresso machines, baking dishes, sheet pans, and anything else you could ever need to host a dinner party of at least 8.
